Former Trade Manager for Bank of America will Manage e-commerce Operations and Services
NEW YORK, February 14, 2000 - TradeCard, Inc., a leading on-line business-to-business transaction settlement network provider, announced today the appointment of Ken Mizera as the company's Director of Operations and Service Management. Mr. Mizera will be responsible for overseeing the entire e-commerce function of the company. He has joined TradeCard from Bank of America, where he was a Senior Vice President and Manager of the Bank's overall international trade operations.

While at Bank of America, Mr. Mizera was responsible for the strategy and tactical implementation of the Bank's trade operations. During his tenure, Mr. Mizera managed more than 500 people in twelve separate locations. He was responsible for consolidating the Bank's processing sites and implementing one national trade processing system, which resulted in cost savings of $5 million. Most recently, he served as the Global Integration Coordinator for trade delivery during the merger with NationsBank.
