Board of Directors

Alex Berzofsky has been with Warburg Pincus since 2000. He is focused on investments in the logistics, application software and media sectors. He received a BA in Economics from Harvard University. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he was with the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Berzofsky is a director of New Breed, InfoGenesis and GlobalSpec.

Kurt Cavano is Chairman and CEO of TradeCard, Inc. In addition to these responsibilities, he works with large corporations on optimizing their business processes through the wide range of services offered by TradeCard. Previously, Mr. Cavano was a Vice President at American Management Systems, an international business and information technology consulting firm. He managed the Corporate Banking Practice of the AMS Finance Industry Group. Mr. Cavano has more than 20 years of experience assisting corporations to improve their performance through the intelligent application of technology. He received a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from New York University.

Gayle Crowell has been an independent Consultant for Warburg Pincus since 2001. In addition to TradeCard, she is a Director of Scientific Learning (SCIL) as well as three other Warburg Pincus portfolio companies: Yodlee, Coyote Logistics and SRS. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, she was the Chairman and CEO of RightPoint, which was sold to Epiphany in January of 2000. At RightPoint, Gayle successfully repositioned the company, transitioning a data mining technology vendor into the industry leader in real-time personalization. An active business leader in the Silicon Valley, Gayle honed her management and operational skills with executive roles at leading software companies, including Oracle Corporation, E.piphany, RightPoint Software, View Star, Mosaix, Recognition International, DSC, and Cubix Corporation. She also serves as a Trustee of the prestigious Desert Research Foundation, a world leader in environmental research, as well as serving as Chairman of Watermark, a non-profit organization for women in technology. Ms. Crowell holds a B.S. from the University of Nevada.

Cary Davis is a Partner at Warburg Pincus. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus in 1994, he was Executive Assistant to Michael Dell at Dell Computer Corporation, and a consultant at McKinsey & Company, Inc. He is also an adjunct professor at Columbia Business School. He received a B.A. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Andrew Park has been with Warburg Pincus since 2008. He is focused on investments in the technology, media and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he was in investment banking at DLJ and UBS and in private equity at The Carlyle Group. Mr. Park received a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Michael Sanderson is the former CEO of Nasdaq Europe, based in London, and is former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Market XT, a broker specializing in after hours equity trading. Prior to this he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the global electronic equity trading firm Instinet. With over 30 years in financial services, he has acted as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Reuters America Holdings and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Merrill Lynch Canada. He has a B.A. from Brown University and an M.A. from Oxford University.

Polly Sumner is President of Platform, Alliances and Services at Salesforce.com. She has more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience including independent consultant work with Warburg Pincus portfolio companies and prior roles at IBM and Oracle. She was the CEO of Alphablox Corp., which was purchased by IBM. She was named Professional Woman of the Year in 2000 by the San Jose Mercury News. She holds a B.A. from Northern Arizona University and an M.S. from American Graduate School of International Management.
